once you place your order i will send out an ashes collection pack, all you need to do is fill the pot provided with your loved ones ashes, and fill in the form provided, return the pack using the return label provided, i will then order your jewelery and once it has been delivered to me i aim to make it and have it sent back to you as soon as possible, i aim to get all orders out within 10 days of recieving your pack back
